Add a photographer
No camera?
We’ll bring one.
Most location rentals hand you a key and wish you luck. If you love the house but don’t have a photographer — or you’re the one who’s always behind the camera and never in the pictures — you can book one of ours with the space.
We’ve been shooting families and brands for years across our three locations, so the person photographing you already knows where the light lands in every room and what time of day it gets there.
Added to any booking and quoted with it — tell us the session and roughly how long you need someone for.
Book the house with a photographerBrands & commercial
A location, not
just a studio.
If you’re shooting a campaign, a catalogue, or a commercial in a home, this is one — a real house with a working kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths and light on every side, twenty minutes from wherever your crew is coming from.
Commercial bookings are quoted per production rather than per hour, on crew size, exclusivity, how much of the house you need and image usage. Scout visits are welcome before you commit.
One planning note: the house parks four vehicles — three on the driveway and one under the portico — and there is no overflow parking. Larger crews should arrange a carpool or a nearby hold for the rest of the unit.
Smaller bookings
The house can be made smaller.
Only need a bedroom and a bath for a newborn session, or the kitchen and nook for a food shoot? On request we’ll release a reduced footprint at a reduced rate, so you’re not paying for the whole house to shoot in two rooms.

It’s all in
the rate.
The house is fully furnished and fully functional. You bring a camera and your clients; everything else is already here and already working.
The whole house
Every room for the length of your booking, with no per-room charges.
Cleaned & reset
Styled, made up and cleaned before every single booking. You never inherit the last shoot.
A working kitchen
Range, water, fridge and counter space. Cook in it, style food in it, shoot the process.
Natural light
Windows on every side, with sheers to soften and curtains to kill it when you need to.
Parking
Three cars on the driveway and one under the portico. That is the whole allowance — there is no additional parking on site, so it is worth planning carpools around.
Wifi
The Studio-House network, fast enough to tether, back up and upload before you leave. The password is in your booking confirmation.
Changing space
A private room to get ready in, with hanging space and a steamer. Bring your own hair and makeup team if you need one.
Real linens
Beds made with proper bedding, freshly laundered. Nothing on set is a prop.
