We stopped building sets
and built a house.
Our first two studios were designed to feel like home. Living room sets, a mock kitchen, corners staged to read residential on camera. They work beautifully — and clients still asked the same question. “This is exactly the look we want, but do you have a real house we could shoot in?”
So we built one. Every room functions. The kitchen cooks, the tub fills, the beds are made with real linens. You’re not shooting a set dressed to look like a life. You’re shooting in one.

Hit book now, choose your date and hours, and it’s yours. Brands, multi-day productions and anything custom go through an enquiry instead, so we can quote it properly.
Walk in ready
The house is cleaned, styled and reset before every booking. Park, unlock, and start — no setup, no restaging, nothing to move first.
Shoot the whole house
Your booking is the entire property, not a room. Move from the kitchen to the nook to a bedroom in one session without paying for add-ons.

Family photographers running Christmas minis in a real living room. Content creators shooting a month of lifestyle in an afternoon. Newborn, maternity and milestone sessions that need warmth, privacy and good light.
And brands. If your campaign is set in a home, this is a real one — a working kitchen, three bedrooms and light on every side, without the scout, the permits or the homeowner watching from the driveway. Commercial productions are quoted per shoot.
What comes with it
More than a set of keys.
The house is ready as it stands, so most people book it and get on with the shoot. If you want a hand on the day, there are two you can add.
Furnished and dressed
Every room comes decorated and ready — kitchen styled, beds made up, shelves and surfaces already dressed. Nothing to build, nothing to bring. What you see in the gallery is what is in the rooms.
A stylist on set
An interior stylist on site to dress the set with you — moving pieces between rooms, layering in props and adjusting the room until the frame reads the way you want it. $150 an hour, on request, with at least a week’s notice.
An in-house photographer
Don’t have a photographer, or tired of being the one always behind the camera? Book one of ours with the house. Book a photographer
The stylist and the photographer are charged on top of the booking rate. Tell us what you need and we’ll quote it with your date.
